Session restore: reloads Quamachi when starting KDE
VNC option: to make remote virtual network connections
SSH option: to make remote secure shell connections
Proxy support: now uses 'http_proxy' env variable while updating

KdeSudo: is now used instead of 'kdesu' if installed
Updating: removed the extra error dialogs when offline
Timing issue: resolved every alternate time "Hide Offline Peers" is chosen
Context menu: items are now only shown and active when applicable
Kubuntu fix: the 'hamachi' executable is now expanded via 'upx'
